Guatemala Antigua Finca Medina Natural is sourced from a family-owned estate located in San Lorenzo El Cubo near the city of Antigua within the department of Sacatepequez, Guatemala. Coffee produced in the Antigua region has a protected designation of origin (PDO) because of Antigua's renowned coffee reputation. Finca Medina was established in 1872 and has 182 acres of coffee grown under a canopy of native shade trees including grevillea and chalum (ingas). Finca Medina has a firm commitment to providing a safe and clean work environment for more than 17 fulltime and 174 seasonal works. Finca Medina also provides scholarships and funds to purchase school supplies, which extends to college enrollment for employees and their children.
