Royal Coffee Warehouse Will Call

We’re looking forward to a providing a great coffee pick up experience out of our Oakland Warehouse! Here’s some information to know before you go.

Will Call Hours:

Monday through Friday 
7:30 AM PST – 3:00 PM PST 
 

Pick Up Information 

  • You may pick up full-size bags, Crown Jewels, and Royal Gems at our warehouse during regular Will Call hours 7:30 am -3:00 pm.  
  • Please check in with our Warehouse Clerk and provide your order information emailed to you by our Outbound team.
  • For all Will Call orders, please look for an email from our Outbound Team with your Bill of Lading advising you of your pickup date. This email means that your order will be staged for pickup on the date provided.
  • If you come before this date, your order will not be ready. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate same day pickups.  
  • During busy holiday seasons, we cannot guarantee turnaround times on pick up orders. However, we always aim to have them ready in 2 business days.  
  • Will call pickups are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis. We recommend allowing at least 30 minutes for pick up time.
