Prepaid Freight
Prepaid freight will now include an administrative fee of 3% of the freight charge, with a $50 minimum. Credit card fees will also apply to accounts set up with credit card pricing. If you’d rather avoid the prepaid freight fee, we can ship your order freight collect.
For prepaid freight, we’ll be working with the following carriers:

• DHX for Hawaii
• LM Services for Canada
Truckload:
• Force
• Schneider
• LM Services for Canada
If you prefer to use another carrier, no problem. We can set up your order as freight collect so you can arrange payment for freight directly with your carrier.

Order Change Policy
Please confirm that your orders are final before submitting them. Changes to orders made after our 4:00 p.m. PT cutoff may be subject to a $25 change fee and restocking fees starting at $25. These fees will not apply if we’re correcting an error made by Royal Coffee.
