Wire

Please note that payment scams are prevalent these days and you should never trust an email suggesting you send funds to a different account. Wire payments usually take 1 business day for the funds to be received at our bank. Please make sure to list your account name and the invoices for your payment should be posted.

Credit Card

Credit cards are the quickest payment option when you’re paying at the time of shipment. Our team can run credit cards, or you can pay your invoice through the online portal at payments.royalcoffee.com if you’ve discussed and agreed with your salesperson to use this payment method.

Checks

Checks should be mailed to this PO Box (as seen on invoices). Please remit check payments to our Lockbox:

Checks are typically a good option only if you have credit terms. If you are paying at the time of shipment, note that it takes about 7 business days to clear after it is received, and we want to help everyone avoid finance charges.

  • Transfer from bank to bank
  • Direct deposit to our bank account by going physically to any Wells Fargo Bank Branch. Make sure to list your account name and invoices your payment should be posted to.

How to Apply for Credit

Buy Now, Pay Later

There are two ways to apply for credit here:  

  1. Through Royal Coffee 
    • To apply for Credit, we require new accounts to have 3 net cash purchases before we send an application to establish some history. Credit limits are based on prior order amounts and a sound credit history.  
  2. Through Credit Key   
    • We’ve partnered with B2B lending platform Credit Key to provide easy-to-access credit for our customers. You can get up to $50,000 credit interest-free for 30 days. You can apply at checkout when purchasing coffee on our website or through this link.
