How To Order 1 LB Bags
1 LB bags ship for a $7 flat rate within the continental U.S.
How Do 1 LB Bags Ship?
1 LB bags purchased before 4:00 PM PST ship within 2 business days. Orders of multiple 1 LB bags will be combined into one package. If you order multiple 1 LB bags of the same coffee, you will receive multiple 1 LB bags of the same coffee in one shipping package.
How Can I Buy Coffee?
Some of our coffees can be purchased online and some need to be purchased through one of our team members.
The first step for new customers is to Create an Account. This will allow you to purchase both through the web and with your salesperson.
Already a customer and looking to purchase online for the first time? If you’re an existing account, we’ve already set you up online. Please contact your salesperson to get your login information and change your password.
1. Buy Online
Coffees that are available for purchase online are highly reviewed by our trading team and physically here (SPOT) in one of our 4 US warehouses.
Shipping: Orders within the contiguous U.S. shipping from our Oakland, Seattle, or Houston warehouses will have shipping quotes added to the total at checkout. For orders from our Madison warehouse, the friendly and knowledgeable crew will provide a shipping quote after you place your order.
Alaskan and Hawaiian Customers: Please contact us at info@royalcoffee.com for ordering and to review shipping options.
Canadian customers: Please find our Canadian ordering and shipping information here.
International Customers: Please contact us at info@royalcoffee.com for ordering and to review shipping options. Minimum international orders start at just 10 bags or Crown Jewels.

2. Get a Quote
Coffees not available for purchase online feature a “Get a Quote” button. Simply click the button and an email will be sent to our trading team. You can customize this email before sending with further information, if you so choose.
A trader will follow up with you within 1-business day by email.
If you want to buy any coffee on the sheet, whether it is forward, afloat, or SPOT, pay with multiple payment methods, or use your established credit terms, contacting us to order may be easier.
How do Crown Jewels ship?
Crown Jewels ship free within the contiguous U.S. via UPS Ground. Crown Jewels ordered before 4:00 PM PST will ship the next business day. You may also elect to arrange a Will Call. There are no options to leave Crown Jewels in your position or to ship at a later time.
If you order any combination of a 1 LB bag, a full size bag & a Crown Jewel box on the same order order as a full bag, you will receive two separate shipments: (1) USPS Shipment of your 1 LB bag(s) (2) UPS Shipment of your Crown Jewel 22lb. box(es) and (2) Freight shipment of your full size bag(s) & (3) UPS Shipment of your Crown Jewel 22lb. box(es).
Is There a Minimum Order Size?
U.S.: There are no minimum orders on 1lb bags, full size bags, or Crown Jewel boxes if you live in the contiguous U.S.
Canada: There are no minimum orders on full size bags or Crown Jewel boxes.
International Customers: We have a 10 full-size bag or 10 box minimum order on all online international sales outside of Canada. Please contact us to discuss your options.
