As the team prepares to go to Denver for the US Coffee Champs qualifying events, I have selected some of my favorite coffees to brew at our booth in the Roaster Village. All of the coffees have a dynamic range of flavor that a seasoned roaster could easily coax out with the perfect profile for syrupy sweetness and a dynamic acidity.
