Dear Royal Coffee Customer,
As the busy holiday season approaches, we want to help you prepare for successful shipments. During the holiday season, carriers always experience higher than normal volume, and driver and dock staffing shortages tend to accumulate. We have seen recent delays due to weather, and we anticipate weather and staffing issues to continue as the season progresses. Keep in mind that carriers do not prioritize shipments once they are already in holiday delay.
Ship before the holidays so you can enjoy your time during them! We suggest planning ahead as far as possible.
December Holiday Schedule:
- Customers in 4-5 day transit lanes, we recommend ordering by December 12th for delivery before the Christmas / New Year holiday.
- Customers in 2-3 day transit lanes, we recommend ordering by the 16th for delivery before the Christmas / New Year holiday.
- We’re closing at 1 PM on 12/24 and 12/31.

If you are expecting more business than usual, we would urge you to plan your holiday orders as soon as possible. As we approach the holidays, expect rates to be higher and delays to be longer. The sooner we ship your order, the better.
