HONDURAS FTO FINCA JOYA YELLOW HONEY GRAINPRO is produced by Ubaldo Gonzalez and processed as a micro-lot at the Cooperativa Regional de Agricultores Orgánicos de la Sierra (RAOS) where Ubaldo is a founding member. RAOS was established in 1997 and has approximately 200 members. RAOS supports Ubaldo and his family through trainings to increase yields and improve the coffee quality. Ubaldo cultivates coffee on 11 acres of land located in the municipality of San Jose, La Paz, Honduras. Coffee is the main source of income for Ubaldo and his family.
