HONDURAS ORGANIC PABLINA MARTINEZ RED HONEY GRAINPRO is produced by Pablina Martínez and milled as a micro-lot at RAOS (Cooperativa Regional de Agricultores Orgánicos de la Sierra) where Pablina is a member. Pablina Martínez and her husband own a five acre farm located in Chinacla, a municipality within the department of La Paz, Honduras. Pablina and her family have been cultivating coffee since 1990 and selling their coffee as a conventional commodity. Coffee is the main source of income for Pablina and her family, and the premium for producing specialty coffee is going to help them to raise their four children.
