Our Co-Founder & President Bob Fulmer has learned a lot in our nearly 40 year history. One of the lessons he constantly shares with us is to take a step back from the cupping table and experience any given sample as a brewed cup. What you may found lacking or overpowering at the cupping table could be completely different when brewed.
After cupping, a few of us wanted to see how this coffee tasted as a brewed cup. We pulled 40 grams off of the sample roast & re-experienced this coffee as an afternoon Chemex. We found great sweetness and a lots of cocoa in the cup.
