"During my time exploring the wide world of coffees at Royal, no origin has surprised me more than Indonesia. Along with the classic Indonesian profiles I had expected to encounter, I also discovered that there were exceptionally bright and sweet coffees that I had never tasted from the region. I love this Sulawesi Peaberry for its pronounced brown sugar and maple sweetness, coupled with a zingy lime and grape-citrus acidity. It is the kind of coffee that makes quick work of finding that balance between comforting body and exciting liveliness. "
