Gloria cultivates, harvests and processes coffee with her own micro-mill at her 6-acre farm. Cooperativa Flor de café, San Martín Jilotepeque Chimaltenango (Flor del Café), an umbrella cooperative that supports local cooperatives located within the department of Chimaltenango works with Gloria to help her gain access to technical support for best agricultural practices. Flor del Café is investing in the production of organic fertilizers aimed at improving the productivity and health of coffee farms.
