Coffee Background

Guatemala Huehuetenango Finca La Bendicion Grainpro is sourced from a family owned farm located in the municipality of Cuilco within the department of Huehuetenango, Guatemala. La Bendición is a forty-nine acre farm owned by Carlos Vásquez, his wife, and their three children. Carlos worked for his father for 20 years and he has managed his own farm for the last 15 years. Carlos and his family have been focusing on the quality of their coffee.  In particular, they have added new drying infrastructure to improve drying techniques, which includes drying coffee in the shade over longer periods of time.
