HONDURAS ORGANIC RFA COPAN SHG EP is sourced from family-owned farms organized around the Productores de Cafe Especiales Casitas (PROCAFESCA), an association 200 members in the community of Casitas located within the municipality of Corquin in the department of Copan, Honduras.  PROCAFESCA works with producers who use organic practices to manage their land, which acts an important protective buffer for the Casitas community watershed. Producers also diversify their income growing corn, beans, and vegetables. PROCAFESCA provides school supplies for the local schools in Casitas.
