HONDURAS FTO SANTA BARBARA CIELITO LINDO SHG EP is sourced from family-owned farms organized around El Cielito Lindo, located within the department of Santa Barbara, Honduras. The small coffee farms clinging to the steep slopes of the Santa Barbara mountain range that springs from the edge of Lago de Yojoa are world renowned as a source of exceptional coffee, a reputation renewed every year when the Honduras Cup of Excellence top coffees includes several coffees from this micro-region. The Cielito Lindo group, which uses organic practices to manage their land, organized formally to obtain organic certification.
