BRAZIL ORGANIC FAZENDA SAQUAREMA 15+ SCREEN is sourced from Fazenda Saquarema a coffee estate located near the municipality of Carmo do Cachoeira, within the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Fazenda Saquarema is more than 200 years old and consist of 961 acres, of which, 316 acres are cultivated with coffee and another 359 acres with eucalyptus trees that provide another source of income for the estate. Fazenda Saquarema has ten natural water springs and serves as a refuge for a number of wild animals. In 2002, Fazenda Saquarema joined the Saquarema Group, a joint venture with Fazenda Nossa Senhora de Fátima, which has helped Fazenda Saquarema innovate coffee processing and organic farm management techniques. Fazenda Saquarema stores its coffee at Araxá’s warehouse, a facility that ensures tracebility and meets organic storage requirements.
