About the Presenters
Max Nicholas-Fulmer, Royal Coffee, Inc.:
Max has coffee in his blood. He has been travelling to origin since age 5 and has never held a non-coffee industry job. Max celebrates the full spectrum of the flavor wheel and strongly believes that all coffee has a home. He is the CEO of Royal Coffee, Inc. with a special focus on sourcing the coffees of Indonesia, Colombia, and Ethiopia.
Felipe Paz, Café Granja La Esperanza:
Felipe is an Economist with vast experience in the food supply chain. He belongs to the Herrera family which owns and operates Café Granja La Esperanza in Colombia. Since 2013 he has served as the Marketing and Sales Director for the group. Like the entire organization, he strongly embraces the core philosophy of Café Granja: always strive to seek the difference. This guiding principle distinguishes Granja from the rest of the specialty coffee market and they are proud to offer the world unique and exotic coffees.
