Join us for a Grounds for Health Fundraiser with our hosts Awaken Cafe in Oakland for Coffee Trivia Night!

We’re putting the FUN into Fundraiser – trivia buy-ins and donations all go to Grounds for Health and their ongoing work to eliminate cervical cancer in developing countries.

We have so many AMAZING prizes lined up with donations from Grounds for Health, Equator Coffee, Ritual Coffee, The Created Co., Fellow, All Out Comedy Theater, The Crown, and more. Awaken will have their bar stocked with beer and wine available for purchase during the event. We’re so thrilled to have such awesome sponsorship partners for this super fun event, and hope to raise some funds and awareness for the great work at Grounds for Health.

Teams of 3-4 are encouraged, no more than 5 per team, please. You’re also welcome to come on your own, we’ll help team you up with other independent attendees if you like!

Doors open at 7:00pm, trivia starts at 7:30pm.

See you Thursday the 30th at Awaken!

About Grounds For Health:

Since 1996, Grounds for Health has worked in Latin America and Africa to address one of the most significant disparities in women’s health globally. Cervical cancer is a nearly 100% treatable disease, and yet in the next 15 years it is expected to kill six million women – 90% of whom will live in developing countries. We specialize in working in communities that represent the base of global supply chains such as coffee, tea, cut flowers and cocoa. We are a mission-driven, international non-profit organization, born out of and with enduring ties to the coffee industry, and focused on increasing coverage of cervical cancer prevention services.
